Team Leader Class

Note: It is important to train like you fight, so you can discover weak points in your setup. While I can train you with minimal equipment, you will get more out of the class if you run everything that you plan to use in an actual combat situation.

 

Bare Minimum

  • Rifle (whatever is your primary, go-to long gun) OR an airsoft rifle (ideally a clone of your real rifle)

  • At least 3 EMPTY magazines

  • Long-sleeve shirt and heavy-duty pants

  • boots

  • personal water supply (canteens, camelback, nalgene, etc.)

  • Notepad and pen

  • Whatever you need to spend a night or two camping in the woods

  • food for 2 days

  • toilet paper

 

Highly Recommended​

  • Camp chair

  • Load bearing gear (LBV, plate carrier, chest rig, etc.)

  • personal medical gear (IFAK, tourniquets)

  • tactical gloves

  • handheld radio

  • Assault pack (if you use one)

  • anything you expect to wear or carry into combat

  • clean clothes (expect to get dirty/wet/muddy)

  • bug spray

  • watch

  • knife/bayonet

  • flashlight/headlamp

  • NVG/Thermal optics

  • Bible

Basic Rifleman

  • Rifle (any centerfire rifle, AR/AK pistol, or PCC)

  • Notepad and pen

  • 300 rounds for your rifle

  • Camping equipment

  • Food for 2 days

Support Weapons

  • Notepad and pen

  • Camping equipment

  • Food for 2 days

  • Personal support weapons OPTIONAL

    • Semi-auto rifle with bipod and 300rds​

    • .50BMG rifle with 20rds 

    • NO INCENDIARY, TRACER, OR AP AMMO

Force-on-Force Lab and Team Leader II (Airsoft Package)

  • Z87 rated eye protection (glasses or goggles)

  • Load-bearing gear

  • Red handkerchief/red t-shirt/red rag (for marking you as a casualty)

  • Appropriate clothing for running around in the woods

  • Notepad and pen

  • Camping equipment

  • Food for 2 days

Optional Gear

  • Personal airsoft rifle (400fps limit)

  • Extra batteries, chargers, gas, BBs, etc. to keep your gun running

Force-on-Force Lab and Team Leader II (Blank Firing Package)

  • Rifle, preferably with A2 flash hider for use with blank firing adapter

  • eye protection (glasses or goggles)

  • ear protection

  • Load-bearing gear​​​​

  • Red handkerchief/red t-shirt/red rag (for marking you as a casualty)

  • Appropriate clothing for running around in the woods

  • Notepad and pen

  • Camping equipment

  • Food for 2 days
